Key areas of responsibility:
- Resourcing and Talent planning;
- HR Reporting
- HR Administration Procedures;
- Good understanding of the HR value chain;
- Good understanding of Performance Management Systems;
- Good understanding of South African Labour Law and its application;
- Customer Service and Relationship Management;
- Knowledge and understanding of HR Statistics;
- General HR support
- Ensuring compliance with Company Policies and Procedures;
- Liaise with the ETDP SETA;
- Co-ordinate Staff Study Assistance programs;
- Extensive knowledge on Learning and Development initiatives such as Work Place Skills Plans;
- Various other ad hoc duties as determined by the position.

Qualifications:
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or Industrial Psychology
Experience:
- Minimum 3 to 5-year experience in a Generalist HR environment and knowledge of relevant HR Legislation and Payroll procedures.
