Job Description


Key areas of responsibility:

  • Resourcing and Talent planning;
  • HR Reporting
  • HR Administration Procedures;
  • Good understanding of the HR value chain;
  • Good understanding of Performance Management Systems;
  • Good understanding of South African Labour Law and its application;
  • Customer Service and Relationship Management;
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR Statistics;
  • General HR support
  • Ensuring compliance with Company Policies and Procedures;
  • Liaise with the ETDP SETA;
  • Co-ordinate Staff Study Assistance programs;
  • Extensive knowledge on Learning and Development initiatives such as Work Place Skills Plans;
  • Various other ad hoc duties as determined by the position.

Qualifications:     

  • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or Industrial Psychology

Experience:          

  • Minimum 3 to 5-year experience in a Generalist HR environment and knowledge of relevant HR Legislation and Payroll procedures.
