We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and analytical Marketing Specialist to support our Brand Marketing & Sales Manager in executing impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives. This role blends administrative, creative, and analytical tasks to ensure smooth execution of marketing strategies, brand consistency, and measurable results. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and passionate about contributing to effective marketing efforts in a school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including social media, email, SEO/SEM, paid advertising, print, and events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery on time and within budget.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content aligned with brand messaging for blogs, social media, websites, emails, and video scripts.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, identifying trends and implementing data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategies and uncover new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (finance, admissions, systems) to improve processes and ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Assist with budget management, administrative tasks, re-registration processes, and personalized student retention strategies.
  • Manage admissions processes during peak seasons and oversee external contractors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience as a Marketing Specialist or 4–6 years as a Marketing Coordinator.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles (ATL, BTL, digital).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, video editing tools, and other marketing software.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Social media management and content creation experience.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
